He's always busy with work, so he doesn't have time for hobbies.

人の心配をするどころではありません。自分のことで手一杯です。

ひとのしんぱいをするどころではありません。じぶんのことでていっぱいです。

hito no shinpai o suru dokoro dewa arimasen. jibun no koto de teippai desu.

I don't have time to worry about others. I'm swamped with my own problems.
